API documentation

Everything you need to integrate with the Gini v2 Third-Party API.

Abandoned carts

List customers who left products in their cart without ordering, and read any one customer's cart in full — the same data as the dashboard's Abandoned carts screen. Read-only.

List abandoned carts

One row per customer, with the number of lines, units, the cart's value, and when it was last touched. Paginated.

GET /api/v2.0/third-party/abandoned-carts

Notes
  • contact_phone is the customer's reachable number (their saved contact number, or a number from a saved address), normalised to the local 07… form; null when none is on file.
  • This is the customer's contact number, not an order delivery number — abandoned carts are not orders, so there is no delivery-address snapshot.
  • product_id that is not yours is rejected with HTTP 422.

Notes
  • The {customer} path parameter is the numeric customer id (from the list response).
  • A customer with no cart in your products returns HTTP 404.
